The three Iver Huitfeldt class Frigates are based on the Absalon class Command and support ship hull, but with a lower displacement with reduced height of the Flight deck and structure. These ships also utilise six interchangeable weapons modules such as Harpoon missiles.
Also for the first time for a Danish ship the capability to use Tomahawk cruise missiles. These ships are entering service from 2012-2014.
This 1:72 scale hull comes with anchor positions, shaft exits, rudder positions, bow Thruster position and "A" bracket positions moulded in, as well as superstructure and hull openings scribed in.
1,911mm long and 271mm wide.
