British Modified FLOWER Class Corvette

In 1943, an order for 57 modified flower class corvettes was placed with British shipyards. These ships were designed with greater rake and sheer to the bow than all the previous flower class corvettes, and the forecastle deck was extended further aft for greater accommodation for the crew. In the event, only ten were completed, the rest were cancelled to allow for the construction of more capable escort ships such as the late war frigates. All ten were transferred to the Canadian, New Zealand and Indian navies. All were scrapped post war.
This 1:72 scale hull comes with ships plating, shaft exit position, and anchor positions moulded in.
Hull is 880mm long and 141mm wide.

Price for hull: A$ 145.00 + freight *

(your order is deemed to be acceptance of the terms of order and payment shown here).
